  • Timeline Estimates: Because items are custom-manufactured upon purchase, delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only. Production and shipping delays may occasionally occur.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is submitted, it instantly enters our automated production queue. Because of this speed, we cannot guarantee that updates to sizing, shipping addresses, or item styles can be changed or canceled after checkout.

2. Sizing, Pricing, and Product Accuracy

  • Size Accuracy: We provide highly accurate, item-specific sizing charts on our product pages. Because items are custom-produced just for you, we cannot accept responsibility, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection by the buyer.
  • Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, exact display colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
  • Pricing Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product collection (such as seasonal event gear) at any time.
