Because we care about sustainability and reducing waste in the sports community, every piece of CrewLAB gear is custom-made on demand just for you as soon as you order. Thank you for supporting a zero-waste production model!

🚚 Shipping Rates & Costs

  • We do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your exact delivery destination.
  • All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.
  • Please note: If your order contains different types of items (such as a structured coach's polo and a custom swim towel), they may ship separately in different packages so they get to you as fast as possible. You will only be charged a single shipping fee at checkout.

⏱️ Production & Delivery Timelines

Your total wait time is broken down into two distinct phases:

  1. Custom Production (Fulfillment): It takes 2 to 5 business days to custom-print or embroider your items before they are packed and ready to ship.
  2. Transit Time (Shipping): Once our production facility hands your package to the carrier, transit time depends on your location and the shipping speed selected at checkout:
    1. Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 6 business days (Domestic US).
    2. Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 1 to 3 business days (Domestic US).

Total Expected Time: On average, most athletes and coaches receive their custom gear within 6 to 11 business days from the date the order was placed.

📍 Tracking Your Order

The moment your gear leaves our production facility, an automated email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your carrier tracking number so you can follow your package's journey straight to your door.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Wrong Address Disclaimer: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to our facility due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
  • Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or your local postal branch. CrewLAB is not financially liable for packages stolen from your porch or doorstep after successful carrier delivery.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives looking like it went through a blender and the gear inside is damaged, please snap a couple of photos immediately and email us at info@crewlab.io within 14 days so we can fast-track a replacement for you.

🌐 International Shipping & Customs

We ship to athletes and coaches worldwide! Please note that international shipments may be subject to cross-border import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package arrives in your destination country. These fees are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
