Refund policy
At CrewLAB, we want you to love your gear when you're out on the water, the track, or the pool deck. Because our products are custom-made on demand just for you, our policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores. Please read the details below.
🛑 Sizing & Buyer's Remorse
Because every item is printed or embroidered specifically for you when you place an order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse. > Tip: Please double-check our size guides and measurement instructions on the product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit!
🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If there is an issue with your gear, we will absolutely make it right. You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to report an issue.
What qualifies for a free replacement or refund:
- The item arrived damaged or stained.
- The print or embroidery is defective, misaligned, or peeling.
- You received the wrong size, color, or item entirely compared to your order confirmation.
How to claim a replacement:
- Snap a few clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
- Email us at info@crewlab.io with your Order Number and the photos.
- Once verified, we will immediately fast-track a replacement to be custom-made and shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
📦 Standard Returns (If Applicable)
For any non-customized, eligible standard returns authorized by our team:
- Items must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Gear must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact info@crewlab.io. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
💳 Refunds
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the funds.
